Credit Card

Credit card payment is the preferred payment method of Hexagon 2012. We accept:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• American Express
• Discover

Check

• This option is available only until Monday, 7 May 2012 at 4 p.m. (CDT)
  
• Checks must be made out to Intergraph Corporation
• Checks must be mailed within five business days from the registration date
• If the check is drawn on a U.S. bank, please mail your check to:

• A copy of the registration confirmation must accompany the check to indicate the name of the conference attendee(s) for whom payment is being made
• All payments must be in U.S. dollars 

Purchase Order

• This option is available only until Monday, 16 April 2012 at 4 p.m. (CDT)
  
• In order for us to invoice the payment, a company-issued, duly signed Purchase Order (P.O.) with a valid P.O. number (not the Hexagon-issued registration confirmation number) must be provided within five business days from the registration date
• P.O. must be made out to:

• In all cases, the name of the conference attendee for whom payment is being made must be clearly noted in the P.O.
• P.O.s will not be accepted on site for registration
• After we issue the invoice, all payments must be made within 30 days or by Monday, 16 April 2012, whichever comes first
• All payments must be in U.S. dollars

Wire Transfer

• This option is available only until Monday, 7 May 2012 at 4 p.m. (CDT)
• Wire transfer must be made within five business days from the registration date
• We must receive full payment (all wire fees incurred are the responsibility of the sender)
• All payments must be in U.S. dollars
