Hexagon reserves the right to rescind any registration, and willreturn 100 percent of the conference registration fee upon doing so.
Cancellation Deadline
The deadline to cancel your registration is
Monday, 21 May 2012.
How to Cancel
- Registration cancellation requests must be sent in writing to contactus@hexagonconference.com
- Registration cancellation requests will not be accepted by phone
How to Get Refunds
- If a cancellation request is received by Monday, 21 May 2012, a refund (minus a $100 processing fee) will be issued
- Cancellations received after Monday, 21 May 2012, will result in a forfeiture of the entire conference fee
- Refunds will not be provided for registrants who fail to attend the conference without officially canceling their registration
- In the event that a registrant's U.S. visa is denied, Hexagon willaccept cancellation and issue a 100 percent refund, provided we arenotified at contactus@hexagonconference.com by Monday, 21 May 2012
- You must provide proof of visa denial
